About Navajo Nation Division of Behavioral and Mental Health Services (NNDBMHS).

As the largest behavioral and mental health provider on the Navajo Nation, with administrative offices in Window Rock, AZ the Navajo Division of Behavioral and Mental Health Services has nine outpatient treatment centers across Arizona in Chinle, Dilkon, Fort Defiance, Kaibeto, Kayenta, New Lands, Red Mesa and Tuba City.

There are also two outpatient centers in Crownpoint and Gallup, New Mexico and one residential treatment center in Shiprock, NM.
